By using montraz.com or purchasing montraz™ products, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund any order in the case of a clear mistake. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship across Canada. Estimated delivery is 4–6 business days from dispatch. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Product use

montraz™ Interactive Cat Toys are designed for cats and kittens of all sizes as a supervised or unsupervised play accessory. Not intended as a chew toy. Inspect the toy regularly and replace it if the cardboard becomes torn or heavily damaged.

Warranty & liability

Our 30-day guarantee covers manufacturing defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, montraz™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Intellectual property

All content on montraz.com - including product images, copy, and the montraz™ mark - is owned by us and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
